The welded pipe unit mainly consists of the main propulsion system, automatic centering system, heating and arc welding system, and automatic control system. Common welded pipe units include:
1. Hand pushed welded pipe unit. Flexible and simple to operate, mainly used for on-site welding and maintenance of pipelines, not suitable for production line operations.
2. Semi automatic welding pipe unit. Partial automation, relatively simple operation, production efficiency between manual and fully automatic, and low cost.
3. Fully automatic welding pipe unit. The operation is highly automated and can achieve automatic pipeline transportation, alignment, heating, and welding. It has high production efficiency and stable welding quality, making it suitable for large-scale production.
4. Multi purpose welded pipe unit. Integrated with various functions such as docking, assembly, circumferential welding, and straight seam welding, it has strong adaptability and can meet the welding requirements of complex pipelines.
5. Special welded pipe unit. Used for welding special pipes such as large diameter pipes, small diameter pipes, or extra thick pipes, with strong customization of functions.
6. Rail type welded pipe unit. It can move on site tracks and is mainly used for on-site welding of long-distance or large-section pipelines.
7. Rotating welded pipe unit. Equipped with a rotating platform inside, it is convenient for full circumference welding and circumferential welding, with flexible operation.
In summary, there are many types of welded pipe units. Choosing the appropriate model and automation level based on the production environment and welded pipeline conditions can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of pipeline welding operations.
